James Loveless, Jr |
 |
James Edward Loveless, Jr. has painted for over 35 years and his artwork is in private collections in over 20 countries throughout the world. Loveless studied at the Kansas City Art Institute and took his Bachelors of Fine Arts in 1978. He has been the recipient of a National Endowment of the Arts Fellowship. He is known for his original portraits which he produces from photographs. He works in oils, acrylics and pencil. Loveless married Yvette Blaine, an abstract artist who received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Webster University in St. Louis Missouri in 1998. In addition to being artists, the couple sings as the Loveless Duo in nursing homes and churches. They have five children, of which three are artists; two in sports. Loveless married Yvette four months after meeting in 1999. |
