The Art of Annie Lee

Annie Lee is a gallery owner, art distributor and internationally acclaimed artist. She is known for such notable creations as "Blue Monday", 6No Uptown" and "60 Pounds". Her paintings have appeared on numerous movies and television shows. Annie Lee possesses an amazing ability to observe everyday life and reproduce it using humor, satire and realism. Her style has been referred to as "Black Americana". She hopes that viewers of her art feel joy, laughter and comfort. She thinks it is important to show emotion without facial features so that the view focuses on the movement and the position of her subjects. Profiles of Annie Lee have appeared in many of the top art magazines repeatedly, some of which are Art Trends, Decor, Upscale, and Nevada Women.
